We offer five types of wheelchair for rental. Our most popular wheelchair is the Self propelled standard lightweight folding version which comes with
a cushion seat. These wheelchairs are designed to be
easily manoeuverable and can be controlled either by the user or an attendant
pusher. The foot rests unclip and the wheelchair folds very compactly making it easy
to fit into a car. Being lightweight it can also be lifted and carried easily if
required.
All of our wheelchairs fold-up to fit into a car boot (trunk). They can also be taken on busses and into taxis with the user seated

These wheelchairs come with a leg rest for either the LEFT, RIGHT or BOTH legs that can be set horizontally level or at any incline. This type of wheelchair is essential for a user who cannot bend a leg at the knee. A standard footrest is also supplied with this chair for the uninjured leg. Leg rests unclip and the wheelchair folds up easily to fit in a car.
